Abstract:
The article deals with the staffing of machine-building enterprises, the development of which is one of the most important priorities of the state. The participation of the Russian population in continuing education is analyzed. The innovative activity of machine-building enterprises is considered. The main tasks of improvement of management in the sphere of additional education at the Federal level are developed. The system of management of personnel potential at the machine-building enterprise is developed.
