Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to develop a unified definition of the subjects of social entrepreneurship. The goal of the article is to learn organizational and economic relations in the process of social enterprises formation in Russian Federation. Methodological framework made up of systemic approaches and points of view presented in the works of Russian and foreign authors specializing in the field of the theory and practice of social entrepreneurship, existing Federal legislation on the activities of commercial and non-profit organizations, as well as cross-sectoral and statistical methods. The author defined the criterias of the social entrepreneurship, analyzed indicators of size, revenues, organizational and legal forms of social enterprises according to the year of 2016 and make the conclusion about the advisability of giving social enterprises special status. The results of the article can be applied in the formation of the concept of legal regulation of social entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation.
