Abstract:
In modern conditions, associated with increased instability and uncertainty in the world, the emergence of new global challenges, risks and threats, the civilizational crisis, the introduction of economic sanctions against the Russian Federation, including in the field of monetary policy, and the entry of its economy into the phase of stagnation, the urgency of ensuring the financial and economic security of the country as the most important condition for the existence and development of Russia as a single, independent, sovereign state. The author notes that it is financial and economic security that should be given a fundamental place in the system of national security of Russia and a priority place in scientific research.
