Abstract:
The article considers the criteria for stimulating the domestic agricultural business as attributes of the analysis of priority investment projects in the conditions of the need to improve the efficiency of investment in the development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia. The results of the implementation of priority investment projects implemented in the period from 2012 to 2016 in the sectors of agriculture are systematized. On the basis of research of domestic scientists, it is proposed to use a generalizing indicator of the effectiveness of the analysis of priority investment projects. The calculation of this indicator in the practice of assessing the efficiency of budget expenditures allocated for the development of agriculture and agriculture will allow timely and flexible maneuvering parameters of productivity, capital productivity and cost of agricultural production.
