Abstract:
Recently, the discussion on the use of mini-refineries in the Russian economy has been intensified. It is believed that their functioning is determined by a short period of time, and the quality of products does not meet the requirements of the market. The author offers the analysis of the mini-oil refineries functioning in the Russian Federation and identifies the main problems hindering their successful activity and offers the directions of their development as engineering companies for the implementation of innovative projects. The article is intended for specialists working in the oil refining industry and engaged in research in the development of innovative and technological potential of oil refineries.
