Evaluation of the status of social and labour relations in the sphere of occupational safety as the way to their development

Abstract:
In this article social and labour relations in the field of occupational safety have been studied, the estimated indicators of the formation and regulation of these relations have been selected, and a methodology for assessing the state of social partnership at the regional, territorial and local levels has been proposed. At the present stage of the development of the innovation economy, it is necessary to actively master and widely implement the collective-contractual form of regulation of social and labour relations, including the field of occupational safety. It is the joint participation in the organization of occupational safety of representatives of the authorities, employers and workers at the level of regions and municipalities, as well as representatives of the administration and workers at the enterprise level, will give the expected results in improving labour conditions and safety. The analysis of indicators of the state of social and labour relations in the sphere of occupational safety conducted on the example of the Omsk region confirms the relevance of the evaluation procedure, allows to determine the ways of development and improvement of partnership relations at all levels of economic activity. It should be borne in mind that the list of indicators can be expanded if necessary, taking into account the characteristics of the region, industry, enterprise.
