Abstract:
This article is devoted to the peculiarities of the functioning of industrial enterprises in the conditions of the development of the digital economy and the determination of the main directions in the management activities of enterprises. The relevance of the study conducted in this article is due to the fact that in the context of globalization of segmentation of markets, toughening of competition, the requirements to the survival of enterprises increase. In the coming years, leadership will belong to enterprises with the predominant development of digital technologies. The main hypothesis was that, in the activity of enterprises to increase the level of digitalization, the lack of a strategy for managing human capital in the transition of enterprises to digital technology is hampered, first of all. To support this hypothesis, empirical studies were conducted on the basis of a survey of 75 enterprises. Today, the use of digital technologies is perceived by top management of many Russian companies as still a purely technological task. While the meaning of digitalization is that not so much technology changes as the system of human capital management and organization of the company itself.
