Abstract:
The article substantiates the need and demand for the use of distance learning technologies in the education system, the concept of distance education, the specifics of the use of distance learning technologies in the education system. The conditions of effective implementation of distance education. In the course of the study, the authors highlighted the economic, legal and property aspects of the use of remote technologies in the University, revealed the essence and content of these aspects. The article analyzes the legislative possibility of economic activity in the education system. The directions of development of the sphere of economic activity of the University on the basis of remote technologies are formulated. The authors propose the use of an integrated approach to the consideration of distance technologies in the education system, which is to determine the role of distance technologies not only as a way of building the educational process, but also as a way to expand the scope of economic activity of the University and strengthen property relations.
