Abstract:
The article considers the current state of productive and skilled potential in the agricultural complex of the Crimea in the context of development of its priority sectors. The main problems and trends in the development of plant growing and cattle breeding sectors of the Crimea are determined. In the course of the study serious imbalances in the structure of skilled potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Crimea have been revealed. The dynamics of educational level of heads of agricultural enterprises and workers of mass professions in the agrarian sphere of the regional economy is analyzed. A negative trend in the growth of staff turnover and decrease of professional level of the potential of leading cadres in agricultural enterprises of the Crimea has been established. The authors emphasize the need for the application of justified target state support to agriculture and development of its skilled potential.
