Abstract:
Article is devoted to a research of theoretical methodological aspect of management of talents as factor of increase in competitiveness of personnel. The author designated relevance and the practical importance of a subject. Sources of emergence of the concept talent management are studied; degree of study of a subject of management of talents in domestic and foreign literature is analyzed. Approaches to definition of the concept "talent" are analyzed; the essence of a concept "management of talented employees" is studied. The author's interpretation of the concept "management of talented employees" is offered, the key principles at which respect the control system to talents of the organization will be the most effective are given. The conclusion is drawn that on condition of creation organizationally of an optimum and effective control system of talents, the talent will represent the competitive human capital of the enterprise capable to provide the companies effectiveness organizational, administrative, financial, etc. In this case, the organization will be able to become the high-competitive subject of the market, with high reputation and the prospects of development.
