Abstract:
The article presents classification of the main system-forming characteristics of workgroups of modern enterprises, taking into account the existing level of diversification and intellectualization of modern Russian economy. The structural description of these characteristics is aimed at solving the problems of coordinating the required level of innovative activity of the workgroup and the chosen strategy for the development of an industrial enterprise. Prior to the development of specific recommendations for industrial enterprise, it is necessary to assess the structural characteristics of its team and identify the main directions of its development.
