Abstract:
The article considers the place of high-tech and science-intensive enterprises in the innovation economy of modern Russia. We mark out key features of these enterprises. We reveal the main system-creating characteristics of production teams of high-tech and science-intensive enterprises, which must be taken into account when you hire staff for sustainable operation and strategic development of these enterprises. Taking into account these characteristics, we’ve developed proposals for coordination of government bodies and enterprises of high-technology and knowledge-intensive industries in terms of training staff that can work at these enterprises.
