Abstract:
The article critically analyzes the current methods for forecasting staffing requirements. On the basis of revealed limitations in their application, the author has developed the methodology for forecasting the staffing requirements for new commodity markets of high-tech and innovative sectors of the economy, taking into account the peculiarities of socio-economic development of the region. The research was carried out with the support of the Regional state Autonomous institution “Krasnoyarsk regional Fund of support of scientific and scientific-technical activities” within the framework of the project: “Improvement of information and analytical models for the formation of a long-term forecast of the need for labor resources for staffing the strategic directions of socio-economic, innovative and technological development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”.
