Abstract:
The article analyzes the main risks affecting the effectiveness of staff recruitment process at the enterprise. We examine the main mistakes in staff recruitment at the enterprise, affecting different types of effectiveness of recruitment process. We suggest the ways to reduce the likelihood of risks in the staff recruitment in the organization.
