Abstract:
The article considers the grounds and the procedure for brining subjects of labor legal relationship to liability under the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author draws attention to the advantages and disadvantages of the current legislation on the issues of brining employees and employers to liability. We give recommendations for improving the standards of the liability institution, for expanding the guarantees for securing the legitimate rights and interests of employees and employers in the process of protecting their property interests. The article is intended for experts in labor legislation, students and undergraduates studying the "Labor Law" and for a wide range of readers interested in the problems of labor law.
