Abstract:
In this article, we try to understand the concept of "value" by examining its fixed definitions. We suggest a more accurate definition of "value " in our opinion for the application of the functional-cost approach to the study of the object of the research, in this case, applied to the study of the staff management system of a company. We show the principles of effective activity of the organization and an algorithm of the mechanism for improving staff and organizational structure of the enterprise.
