Abstract:
The article considers the nature of the concept “labor mobility”, functions of labor mobility and the types of labor mobility. We pay special attention to the analysis of labor mobility of youth in the EAEU countries. We reveal that the territorial mobility is widespread in the EAEU countries. At the same time young people are the most mobile population group. The article shows the main reasons for mobility of young people such as the low level of wages, lack of career prospects, unfavorable teamwork climate, violation of labor law standards, lack of social support for the company, the will to open one's own business and others. The author suggests to create in the EAEU countries the committees engaged in providing data on the current labor market situation in each country of the Union.
