Abstract:
The relevance of the research is related to the need to establish a mechanism for managing the processes of formation and development of high-tech industrial production in the conditions of a change in the techno-economic paradigm, which requires a revision of approach of the subjects of management to resource allocation. The approach is shown in a form of a multiple resource model of integration of transformation factors that takes into account the direction and area of influence of investment, intellectual and research resources. The article identifies a number of contradictions that are the sources of problems in the management of the efficiency of high-tech industrial production. We suggest to consider the management of the high-tech industrial production in the conditions of divergence and convergence of systems for improving development efficiency as a purposeful process of management impacts that ensures the level of innovation in high-tech enterprise development in the conditions of diversification of processes, resources and differentiation of results, which is responsible for achieving a competitive state of the socio-economic system (SES) in a compromise zone with their economic efficiency. We also show a cyclic model of the integration control mechanism of high-tech industrial production.
