Activities selection strategy for improving the company's competitiveness

Abstract:
The article proves the urgency of improving the competitiveness of the organization in a saturated market. Assessment of company’s competitiveness in service sector requires the development of methods of carrying out the assessment, and is essential direction of research from a practical point of view. We examined a flowchart to improve the company’s competitiveness management mechanism, allowing us to obtain a systemic effect in company's competitiveness management. We show a possible strategy to choose the most effective measures to improve the company’s competitiveness on the basis of the calculation of author’s indicator "cost per competitiveness point". The strategy is a part of a decision support system in the enterprise in strategic management.
