Abstract:
The article discusses current issues and tendencies of small and medium-sized business development in Russia and presents an examination of factors affecting entrepreneurial activities. The article observes the major tasks of the State Strategic Program for the Development of Entrepreneurship in Russia and outlines possible implementation options.
