Abstract:
The Russian entrepreneurship endures rather difficult and contradictory period of the development now. Here various factors connected both with internal economic aspects, and with a foreign policy situation appear. The provided research is directed to identification of modern factors of forming and development of entrepreneurial climate in Russia, as well as consideration of its changes taking into account temporary aspect, and also search of the possible ways and tools potentially capable to improve modern provision of business in Russia. 91 experts participated in the poll. The experts are representatives of public authorities, scientific community and a business area.
