Abstract:
The article is dedicated to the issues of incongruity between the state’s economic development and increase of the population’s living standards. The author demonstrates the elements of foreign and anti-monopoly policy, innovational aspects and fiscal restrictions compared to the foreign practice of economic support of the market and entrepreneurship. Certain practical directions as for renewal of the economic means that facilitate the development of human and spatial potential in the country have been presented.
