Abstract:
In this work the author suggests possible directions for the improvement of the conceptual approach to innovative development of knowledge-intensive enterprises via the introduction of the main principles that take into account their specific features. Implementation of this approach splits into two directions – improvement of the EAD contents and the algorythm for its formation and realization. During the study two types of the passive innovative activities are suggested for allocation. This article will be useful for researchers in the field of management who study issues of improvement of management tools and develop tools for management of innovations including innovative development programs.
