Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the analysis of usage PPP instrument in healthcare in Peru. The author investigates the economic environment, principles and specific of PPP in healthcare sector. Moreover, the clue projects in national healthcare of Peru are explored. It is shown that PPP plays an important role in the process of modernization of healthcare system.

• ► анализ затрат на здравоохранение показал, что страны Латинской Америки по своему развитию системы здравоохранения находятся ближе всего к российским реалиям
• ► сегодня можно уже встретить новый подтип ГЧП, исключительно применительный только к проектам по здравоохранению, так называемый public-private integrated partnerships (PPIPs); автор дал свой перевод – «комплексное государственно-частное партнерство (КГЧП)»
• ► важно отметить, что в странах, где наиболее развита практика применения ГЧП (Великобритания, Канада, Италия и др.), обязательно сформирован уполномоченный орган по комплексной оценке ГЧП-проектов
