The main stages of the production organization of innovative development from the standpoint of the dynamics of lean manufacturing principles application

Abstract:
The article presents the results of analytical studies, that showed that the main development stages of the production organization in explicit and implicit forms, were following the aim of a continuous reduction in the consumption of resources and product quality improvement through the introduction of more effective innovative tools and production methods. It is shown that, firstly, enterprises need to create an atmosphere of confiding relationships, providing the mood of the workers on the expression of their creative potential, and secondly, it was necessary, especially today, to constantly train specialists in the field of lean manufacturing and quality improvement, so that enterprises could use their competitive advantages. It was conducted a comparison of the evolution of the production organization principles, by the example of the works of Frederick Taylor, Henry Ford, Taiichi Ohno and Shigeo Shingo. These findings may be useful for companies implementing the tools of modern production organization and become the basis for further works on studying of impacts of the effective human resources management methods on the development of the production organization based on innovative production management systems, in particular, on the concept of lean manufacturing.

• ► производственная система Тойота рассматривает любые запасы на складе как потери, поэтому необходимо производить только заказанное количество продукции.
• ► перейти на производственную систему Тойота невозможно, если администрация не создаст необходимых условий для преобразований в производстве и использования творческого потенциала человеческих ресурсов
