Abstract:
In the article, the systemic problems of Russian innovational economy are analyzed. The author has substantiated the need for state regulation of scientific and technological activities in Russia, especially, at the present stage. The goal of the state innovation policy is the technological improvement of the economy and securing of the competitiveness of Russian manufacturing industry in accordance with the declared priorities of the state development.
