Abstract:
Growing and instability of the economic space leads to a decrease in the efficiency of standard management structure types at enterprises of the investment construction complex and of the processes of their modification. The developed model for the performance assessment of a management structure may be used by top-managers of construction enterprises within the frames of the procedure of the improvement of an organizational-economic mechanism for managing these enterprises.
