Abstract:
The article represents the results of a hypothesis of optimization of the regional program of development of agricultural production on medium term prospect till 2020 providing concentration of the maximum effect of regional food security. A basis of the proposed optimization is the projected structure of the sown areas (it is separately considered for gray forest and chernozem soils), productivity of crops, and also the projected production of products in Kursk region which is based on linear optimizing model. This research will be interesting both to practicians, and the theorists dealing with the problems of food security, state regulation of agriculture.
