Abstract:
Innovative development of the Russian Federal subjects determines effectiveness of the national economy as a whole and the level of its competitiveness on the global stage. Due to that, the scientific field sees the significant growth in studies devoted to the research of innovative activity on the regional level. In her article, the author assesses the innovative activity of the Stavropol Territory through the rating building system and detects reserves for the growth of the territorial economy. The article is aimed to managers, researchers, lecturers, postgraduates and students that study issues of the economic development, the field of science and innovations and is interesting to investors that choose the place for the base of implementation of an innovative project, in particular, in the Stavropol Territory.
