Abstract:
The article reviews trends and specific features of business development that have the effect on formation of new activity types and business models in the sphere of service. It is coworking that, as a new type of service, has become the response of business to needs of individual entrepreneurs and freelancers. Specific development features of coworking and the need to meet specific demands of clients prove the need to apply the marketing approach for improvement of coworking services. The study will be interesting for entrepreneurs who are going to work or work in the sphere of service, for marketing experts and economists that study development issues of business structures.
