Abstract:
The article discusses the problem of sustainable healthy nutrition of the population.
In the framework of the study, the agro-industrial cluster is considered as a starting point for the reorganization of the food system. The knowledge and experience accumulated by the cluster participants will serve as the basis for the development of a sustainable healthy nutrition system.
Proposals for the development and implementation of the Strategy for the Development of Sustainable Healthy Nutrition in the agro-industrial cluster as a factor in ensuring the economic and national security of the country are made.
This Strategy is intended for the participants of the agro-industrial cluster, interested participants of subclusters, government agencies, civil society, specialized financial and credit institutions, universities and other organizations related to the activities of the cluster. The article will be useful to representatives of executive authorities involved in the development of programs that include the principles of healthy nutrition for the population, cluster policy specialists, researchers, students, master's students and postgraduates majoring in economics.
