    Аннотация:
    В монографии рассматриваются тенденции, риски и перспективы развития человеческого капитала в условиях геоэкономической фрагментации и перехода мировой экономики от Индустрии 4.0 к Индустрии 5.0. В условиях поляризации геополитических интересов выделяются блоки стран и анализируются стратегии адаптации национальных систем образования и здравоохранения. Исследование развивает концепцию социальной надежности и обозначает ее роль в обеспечении адаптации в условиях ограниченного роста. Рассматриваются вопросы измерения и определения детерминант субъективного благополучия посредством инвестиций в человеческий капитал. Показано, что геоэкономическая фрагментация создает исключительно угрозы и риски для накопленного человеческого капитала, образовательных стратегий населения и капитала здоровья. В долгосрочном периоде изоляция создает угрозу для благополучия будущих поколений и приводит к стагнации национального рынка труда, а качество накопленного человеческого капитала будет являться основным фактором, замедляющим рост российской экономики в ближайшие десятилетия при сохранении ресурсной ренты в структуре доходов. Выводы дополняются практическими рекомендациями для представителей государства, бизнеса и академического сообщества, направленными на создание резильентной и адаптируемой рабочей силы, ориентированной на решение проблем фрагментированной глобальной экономики.
