Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the digitalization of the economy in the context of the transformations in the labor market and the need to correct the personnel training system in the context of the formation of a new system of wealth accumulation. The authors noted that the digital economy goes beyond the simple integration of new information technology on a network scale; rather, it represents a new technological structure (in the Gelbraith's understanding), catalyzing the transformation of social and economic relations. This transformation is of particular importance in the context of talent development and the application of new learning techniques.
