Abstract:
The article presents the main provisions of the new methodology for managing the design and production processes of organizations in the high-tech industry sector. A holistic concept has been formed. The concept allows to design and produce high-tech goods that ensure a stable competitive position of the company and in the long term technological superiority, which is especially important in the current economic conditions. The complexity of the proposed tools allows to make decisions at all stages of the product life cycle, significantly increasing the efficiency of the subject of economic activity. The features of the proposed approach are a fundamentally different idea of the methods and means of organizing activities based on the principles of the methods of both theoretical constructions and practical implementation, collectively aimed at achieving the changed goal of achieving technological independence. The system integration of design and production processes within a single technological platform, as well as the use of digital technology embedded in all production and management processes, can dramatically increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This article is addressed to specialists dealing with the problems of management in high-tech industries in Russia.
