Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the real estate services market in the region. The authors carried out a dynamic analysis of statistical data on socio-economic indicators, real estate investments, the real estate market, employed in the real estate sector, the number of real estate agencies and the cost of their services in the Sverdlovsk region. The methods of regulation of real estate activity in the analyzed region, such as certification, certification, organization of the self-regulation process, are examined. The problem of insufficient regulation and control of the sphere of professional intermediary services, expressed in the opacity of this sphere, is revealed. A functional model of regulation of real estate activity at the state level has been developed. This model makes it possible to compensate for the imperfection of federal ways of coordinating the studied area through the introduction and implementation of regional measures.
