Abstract:
This article examines the problem of the transition of modern companies to a closed-loop economy in the context of innovation. Modern business conditions require organizations to apply new tools to increase the effectiveness of their development. In this regard, to implement a consistent transition of domestic companies to a closed-loop economy, new management mechanisms are required. The study examines the basic principles and objectives of a new approach to managing companies in the organization and implementation of production and economic activities in the context of innovation. The key characteristics of this management in the emerging conditions are revealed. The main directions for a comprehensive analysis of the management system effectiveness in a circular economy are proposed. In general, the article provides a study of new approaches to the organization of financial and economic activities of domestic companies in the transition to a circular economy. The methodological developments proposed in the article may be of interest to domestic and foreign scientists who deal with the problems of innovation management amidst the transition to a closed-loop economy.
