Abstract:
Among the issues widely discussed in the early 2020s devoted to the impact of technological progress on the business environment, the application of artificial intelligence was the most popular topic. The development of neural networks, chatbots, machine learning, as well as significant advances in robotics have led to a natural increase in public interest. At the same time, the transformational impact of new technology is characterized by a high degree of uncertainty and often outstrips the pace of scientific understanding. That is why the field of knowledge under consideration requires continuous attention. The research purpose was to analyze the nature of the impact of artificial intelligence technology on business systems in the past and at the present stage. A study of the genesis of artificial intelligence, its classifications, chronology of development and integration into business systems has been conducted. The analysis of the positive consequences and risks of the growing popularity of the latest intelligent technology is carried out. The article will be of interest to a wide range of people, including representatives of business structures, researchers and regulators.
