Staff loyalty management as a factor of the company's sustainable development

Abstract:
Amidst the variability of the external environment, diagnostics and management of staff loyalty is an urgent practical task. The research purpose is to develop a comprehensive methodology for diagnosing staff loyalty, taking into account the strategic goals of the company's development and human resources potential, and its approbation on the example of a division of Russian Railways, JSC. In order to form measures to increase staff loyalty and labour productivity, the types of staff motivation are considered. A motivational profile is built. A system of loyalty indicators reflecting an integrated approach to the interpretation of this concept and taking into account the specifics of the object of research is proposed. Based on the comparison of actual and desirable motivational profiles in the context of groups of respondents, taking into account the weight of each group, indices of desirable types of motivation are calculated. Recommendations to increase staff loyalty and productivity through a variety of motivational tools are given. It is concluded that increasing the level of loyalty in the long term can be carried out along with the emotional loyalty development. The results of the study will be of interest to companies related to the need to ensure the safety of people and maintain the integrity of economic ties at the state level and international cooperation.
