Abstract:
The study of the specifics of ongoing socio-economic processes in the framework of public administration at the regional level consists in determining the degree of efficiency and effectiveness of the functioning of city administration bodies to meet the needs of the local population and provide quality educational services. In this article, the author considers various ways of interaction that can be used when implementing partnership between state and municipal authorities with educational organizations to jointly solve problems of providing quality educational services. The purpose of the article is to provide a comprehensive description and identify the features of possible methods of public administration in the region in accordance with the ongoing socio-economic processes, and to develop proposals for improving the system of public administration at the regional level. The methodological basis of the research was made up of general scientific methods and techniques. Taking into account the current legislation and the applied scientific methodology, the specifics of public interaction between public authorities and educational organizations in the framework of managing socio-economic processes in the region were monitored. The results of the monitoring of public administration systems in the education system can be used for the subsequent performance of management functions in the activity of regional and city administration and its impact on the structure of educational services.
