Abstract:
In modern economic conditions, digital business skills are put forward as a critical factor of competitiveness. New challenges faced by small and medium-sized entrepreneurship (SME) in the Russian Federation in the era of technological transformation require regulatory support from the state and the development of effective measures for the comprehensive development of business. The hypothesis of the research is the thesis that the digital skills of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship are crucial in the digital economy. Educational programs, federal and regional Internet platforms, and opportunities to attract IT specialists are considered as their sources.
