Abstract:
In the article, the author suggests the mechanism of transfer prices, vertically integrated structures and the implementation of a discrete situational network, which are becoming particularly relevant in the digital economy. This is an important component of the risk-protected planning system, which is based on the implementation of industrial, financial, innovation, price, tax and investment policies, the search for ways to balance the budgets of enterprises of different tiers, reduce the tax burden, improve coordination of actions and manageability of the structure as a whole. The functioning of the complex economic system is inextricably linked with the risk of questionable matters involving both external threats and internal problems that can cause the system to unbalance. The tasks, limitations, and conditions for applying the transfer price mechanism in the context of the impact of increased centralized management on the activities of the defense industry (defense and industrial complex) are considered.
