Abstract:
The article analyzes the de-dollarization of the Russian economy in terms of monitoring and assessing economic security. In conclusion, the following measures for de-dollarizing the economy are proposed: improving the macroeconomic environment, low inflation, stable economic growth above world; increasing the flexibility of the exchange rate and the application of the fixed exchange rate regime during the period of destabilization of the foreign exchange market; government borrowing in national currency; development of the market for derivative financial instruments to create profitability of financial instruments in national currencies.
