Abstract:
The article considers intentional bankruptcy as a crime that undermines the economic security of the Russian Federation. Further scientific development and the positive implementation of the bankruptcy examination as part of a non-state judicial examination will certainly eliminate the existing gaps in the bankruptcy law, create additional legal levers for identifying intentional and fictitious bankruptcy, and optimize the very procedure for identifying signs of false bankruptcy.
