Abstract:
The article discusses approaches to identifying areas of entrepreneurial activity with excessive and insufficient state regulation. It concluded that among the risks associated with entrepreneurial activity, a significant role played by excessive state regulation, which manifests itself in the presence of administrative, economic and organizational barriers to the development of entrepreneurship that are unreasonable in some cases.
