Abstract:
Elements of the possible future of Russia and humanity have been developed (or rather only outlined) in the form of building a noosphere in them, a true sphere of mind, based on current trends on the Earth, as well as on the possibilities of management tools and technologies developed in the geotrionic synergetic approach. On the example of Russia, the authors have developed (or rather only outlined) and described the institutions and development assets that should be used in the construction of this noosphere in order to change the direction of the resulting vector of human development towards the common good. To do this, the noosphere must contain three development institutions that are part of each other and represent a single whole. They are as follows. The first institute has got two names: the Institute of Unity or the Institute of Synergy (Integral State). This term refers to the type of social development that has the advantages of socialism and capitalism, but without their disadvantages. The second institute of the future noosphere is called the Institute of Harmonious Society or the Institute of True Democracy. This democracy is carried out by identifying and consolidating among themselves members of the true national elite who are willing and able to provide for the interests and values of all strata, professions and traditional faiths of modern society, as well as nature. The third institute of the future noosphere was named the Institute of Effective Development. It provides a balanced increase of resources in three systems of a harmonious society, such as social, economic, and territorial-ecological, through the use of objective laws and mechanisms of their natural development, as well as by adjusting the motivation of people who are part of these systems in order to combine their capabilities and organize a regime of co-assistance between them.
