Abstract:
The elements of managing the development of social, economic and territorial ecological systems through the use of objective laws and mechanisms of the natural development of these systems and, on this basis, adjusting people's motivation in the direction of combining their capabilities and organizing a regime of assistance between them have been developed (more precisely, only outlined). The concept of geotrion as an object of the earthly world consisting of three systems of population, economy, territory (nature) is developed. At the same time, as a control subject with free will, the geotrion consists of three communities, such as social, economic and territorially ecological. The objective mechanisms of its natural development, ways to control these mechanisms and turn them into technologies for transforming the geotrion in the direction of increasing its material and spiritual resources, as well as their redistribution on an equitable basis between the three communities, are given. Methods of creating a cascade of synergistic effects in the geotrion, which provide for constructing in Russia and the world a sphere of perfect mind in which all the forces of human society and the forces of nature worked towards the common good in a cooperative mode, are disclosed. Development institutions providing this goal are proposed.
