Abstract:
The article offers a conceptual framework for increasing the innovative activity of employees at the enterprise level. The authors propose several stages containing proposals for the development and application of innovative forms of employment in innovative areas of activity, depending on the objectives of the enterprise. These proposals will allow to use of labour potential rationally and attract talented professionals, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the effectiveness of innovative activities. It is also suggested to implement measures increasing employee involvement in the company's innovation activities, which can improve the effectiveness of innovation activities by forming the employees' necessary competencies and strengthening the initiative of employees and motivation for innovation.
