Abstract:

The article concerns the problems of the intellectual capital evaluation and management in the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

The article reviews the role of intellectual capital in the growth of the Union’s competitiveness; it reviews the model of the national intellectual capital of the union (NICU). It is suggested to apply the method of national IC index measurement for the integral evaluation of the national intellectual capital in member countries of the EAEU. It is suggested to use indicators based on the established data of the global international ratings as the system of balanced national intellectual capital indices. The comparative analysis of the range NIC indicators for member countries of the EAEU is performed.
