Abstract:
In the Russian power industry the positive potential is realized with considerable difficulties. According to the author, this is caused by the lack of energy efficiency at industry’s enterprises and the problems of energy savings. To change the situation, in the author’s opinion, it is necessary to provide the state and corporate energy policy of a new quality.
