Abstract:
The article considers the functions of state regulation aimed to promote modern enterprise based on the mechanism of economic incentives for its development. The author defines the principles for effective implementation of these functions and suggests guiding lines for forming the structure of government regulation. The author proves the concept of the strategy of scientific support for entrepreneurship facilitating establishment of a highly effective socially-oriented economic system based on market relations.
